Overview
We are seeking an experienced web designer to create an efficient and user-friendly admin section for our tutoring service website. The admin section will play a crucial role in managing customer, teacher, and overall system data, as well as generating reports and handling reminders. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web design, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, and a proven track record in developing intuitive and visually appealing admin interfaces.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Management:
– Implement a user-friendly interface to manage customer data.
– Design navigation menus for easy access to customer-related features.

2. Teacher Management:
– Create an intuitive interface for managing teacher information and activities.
– Develop navigation menus for efficient teacher-related operations.

3. Admin Reports:
– Design a comprehensive reporting section with the following subcategories:
– Customer Booked Hours
– Customer Scheduled/Done/Cancelled Hours
– Admin and Teachers Calendar
– Customer through Specific Lead
– Customers through Available Hours
– Cancelled Hours Stat
– Teacher Hours Report
– Admin and Students Assigned to Teacher

4. Reminders:
– Develop a reminders section with a list of reminders.
– Implement a “Set New Reminder” section for easy scheduling.

Additional Requirements:
– Ensure responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
– Optimize the admin section for speed and performance.
– Integrate security measures to protect sensitive data.
– Implement a clean and modern design that aligns with the overall website theme.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
– Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
– Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
