These Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) is an integral part of the Public Offer for services (hereinafter – the “Public Offer”). Terms and concepts used in these Rules are similar to the terms and concepts used in the main text of the Public Offer. By using the resource, as well as Services and Services provided by the Company, the User expresses its consent to these Rules. In case the User refuses to comply with these Rules, he/she is obliged to stop using the Resource.

• Registration data of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities.

Purposes of collecting confidential information:

• Registration of Users.
• Ensuring the functioning of the Services, Resource and provision of Services by the Company.
• Conducting market research and collecting statistics.
• Improvement of Services and Services of the Company.
• Ability to make changes to the User’s account in case of unforeseen situations (e.g., password recovery in case of password theft).

Use of personal information

The Company undertakes not to contribute to the dissemination of personal data of Users and not to transfer this information to third parties, except for the following cases:

• User voluntarily and explicitly wished to disclose this information;
• Personal data is subject to dissemination in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The User has committed a violation of the Public Offer;
• With the prior consent of the User explicitly expressed through the Services of the resource.

The Company may conduct statistical, demographic and marketing research using confidential information. The results of these studies are not confidential information. In any case, the Company guarantees that the results of the research will be used without any connection to the personal information provided by the User and will not identify a particular User. The User expresses its consent to receive personal messages from the Administration to the e-mail address at any time and of any nature, including advertising.

Placement by the User of information about himself when using the resource

The User may at his/her own will provide any information about himself/herself to third parties in the course of using the Resource. This information is regarded as publicly available, and, therefore, the Company bears no responsibility for the consequences of such actions of the User. The User warrants that the information provided to third parties and the Company may not:

• be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• contribute to fraud, deceit or breach of trust;
• violate or infringe on a third party’s property, trade secret or right to privacy;
• call for the commission of a crime, as well as incite ethnic hatred;
• contain information that offends someone’s honor, dignity or business reputation, slander or threaten anyone;
• be obscene, or be of a pornographic or erotic nature;
• profile picture can only be a real photo of the user. You may not use pictures or photos of other people as your profile picture. The face in the profile picture must be clearly visible and occupy at least 50% of the photo;
• contain computer viruses, as well as other computer programs aimed, in particular, at causing harm, unauthorized intrusion, secret
• interception or appropriation of data;
• contain materials of an advertising nature;
• otherwise violate the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Collection and storage of confidential information

The Company shall collect, store and use confidential information in strict accordance with these Rules. The Company takes all necessary measures to properly ensure the storage and use of received information. Confidential information is collected automatically when visiting the resource and using the Company’s Services and Services, as well as when the User fills out the forms offered.

The Company makes every effort to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to confidential information, as well as the risk of its improper use, but does not bear any responsibility in the case of access to confidential information by third parties. In case of disputable situations when using the resource, Services and Services of the Company, as well as in other cases provided for by the Public Offer on the use of the resource “Technobridge.pro” or the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the User undertakes to provide the Company with personal data at its request, including in writing. The Company reserves the right to keep all confidential information concerning the User for 5 years after the User’s refusal to use the resource “Technobridge.pro”, including changed and modified personal data.
