Developer for ACG iOS apps and Website

Hello,

We are looking for an app to be designed, developed for IOS & Android
1 combined user/admin app with 1 web based backend system

Backend System should be cloud hosted, which would contain:
User login email address, user login passwords (salted), start date, expiry date generated hash for qr code (updated every 60 seconds)

The user app should have:

• Secure User Login
• QR Code screen which updates every 60 seconds for verification (using some type of secure hash)
• Log Out

The admin app should be in the style of a ticketing app and have:
QR Code scanner, which would verify to the backend cloud system to check if the QR code is valid.
