Job Description

You will be working within the Product Management function, which builds and maintains best-in-class products, capabilities, and services to support our global customers.

The Checkout Optimization team is responsible for developing our global payment optimization product proposition, a.k.a. Revenue Boost, one of Worldpay’s top strategic priorities. Our vision is to maximise merchants’ acceptance at lowest possible cost through data science and machine learning. You will be central to this vision.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for product build, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. You will develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight. You will work closely with Development/Engineering and customer facing commercial teams, as well as other cross functional teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistent high-quality standard. You will be able to locate product issues that have customer impact and be able to come up with effective solutions to address them.

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Defining product requirements and collaborate with product owner and engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
  • Setting and tracking product metrics and KPIs.
  • Managing product launches and post-launch analysis.
  • Gathering customer feedback and iterating on the product based on customer needs.
Skill & Experience
  • Project management knowledge with an ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proven track record of success in product management, product solutioning, and/or product development/implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex product detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Motivational and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge others in a constructive manner.
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in the ever-changing dynamics of markets and a complex, global industry.
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace frequent change with a positive attitude along with the ability to pivot quickly while incurring minimal impact to overall timeline.
  • Data driven approach to problem solving and ability to influence others.
