Job Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our marketing strategies and enhance our brand identity. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, corporate reports, and digital content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine designs and secure final approval for production.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
Ensure consistency in designs across various media outlets.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Assist in other design-related tasks as required by the team.

Skill & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
